DoosanArt Center produced through its Artists Incubator Program Sacheon-ga 2008 byLee Jaram, Youth, 18:1, and Our Joyful Young Days, whichwere in turn selected for the Doosan Art Center Repertoire program for theirnew artistic vision and potential. Sacheon-ga 2009, staged as Doosan’s repertoryproduction, is a new style of pansori, the traditional Korean solo narrative performance,delivering a contemporary story based on Bertold Brecht’s The Good Woman ofSzechuan and communicating with the audience with movements, percussion andelectric guitars.
