"User" in these Terms and Conditions shall mean a party receiving the Service under these Terms and Conditions as a member of the Center. A user shall use his/her real name at all times when using the Service.
Article 3 (Membership Subscription)In any of the following cases concerning a material put up by a user on a bulletin board, the Center may delete the material without serving prior notice to the user and stop or terminate his/her membership:
Any lawsuit regarding a dispute occurring between the Center and a user concerning the Service shall be filed at the court in the country having competent jurisdiction pursuant to the Civil Procedure Act.
